General Terms of Sale

Goods supplies and services are rendered in accoradance with the company's terms and conditions of sale and application for a trade account, copies of such documents are already in your possession and/or available on request.

In particular, the company wishes to draw your attention to the following provisions contained therein:

  1. Interest will be charged and settlement discounts forfeited in teh event of late payment
  2. Ownership of the goods shall not pass until the full purchase price is paid
  3. The company makes, nor gives any warranties or representation, whether expressed or in relation to the goods
  4. The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, reliant, special or punitive damages
